Reservation Policies

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, & cash.
• A 50% credit card deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Check-in dates, less than 35 days, require full payment.
• Minimum age allowable is 21, unless we approve.
• This is an all adult property with quiet serene surroundings.
  
• We will consider certain non-shedding, small dogs,. Call us to inquire.
  
• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside rentals; decks & porches are OK.
• Check-In: after 3:00 PM CST ~ Check-Out: by 10:00 AM CST
• We do not refund for early departures or late arrivals.
• Please drive slowly coming and going out of the driveways.

Cancellation Policies

• Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. 
• We cannot handle cancellations the way big business hotels do.
• If your stay is for 4 or more nights, AND if we’ve held those dates
  
• For 30 days or longer, a cancellation will NOT be refunded.
  
• EXCEPTIONS ~ that warrant a future “paid” stay:
• If the airport you are traveling through is closed.
• If the state police along your driving route ask you to stay off roads.
• If there’s a proof of a personal emergency with you or a family member
• Otherwise, we expect you to honor your reservation.
• If you’re concerned about a possible cancellation for any reason.
• We suggest that you purchase travel insurance through a third party.
